Pam was a cute latina from the internet, 30 years old. We made plans to meet at this latin dance club, a new place I've never been to before. She arrives there with a friend (like she said she would). So it's not really a date, just a means to get to know each other with no pressure. She arrives late. I bust on her a bit for that. She says it was tough finding a parking spot. I sarcastically say (looking around) "Where did all these people park?", then change the subject. I get cozy with her and inch closer to her on the seat. I start up with the flirty cocky comedy. She is cracking up. But she is resistant to my advances, but not in a cold way. I sense that she is looking for a relationship, despite what my internet profile said.

She then says that it's only the first date since the first time we met didn't count, and we didn't really hang out much lol. I had my hand on her lap pretty much the whole time. I would go to kiss her and she would pull away, and I would say "You can't avoid my lips forever". She laughed at that. I then got a brief kiss. She told me several times "you're funny!" I call her out on her hard-to-get behavior. I tell her that my internet profile clearly said NO games, NO agenda.

I then pattern her a bit. I talk about doing what you really want and not caring what other people think. She said she totally agrees with that. She drives me back to my place. I invite her in, but she won't come. In retrospect, all this patterning (speed seduction) I did with girls seemed to not help much if they had a belief system that consisted of holding out on sex and making the guy wait. They would agree with the spirit of "doing what you really want" but ultimately stick to their way
